Oil Painting- Intermediate to advanced.
This workshop will focus on painting from live models. For those of you who love the figure this will be great and well received. For those of you who are not interested in the figure please consider this… painting from a live model offers an environment in which to grow in ways you may not otherwise grow. It is challenging, but growth does not come with ease. I encourage you to take a step into the dark and give the figure your attention. Not only for the paintings that will come out of the workshop but for the knowledge you will gain by working at this difficult subject.
A $100 deposit will reserve your spot for this event and is refundable until April 1st. The remaining $200 is due by April 13th.

Oil Painting- Intermediate to advanced.
This workshop will focus on helping the artist use thumbnail drawings, small plein aire paintings and photographic reference to create more dynamic studio work. Each day will offer demonstrations and plein aire painting with a focus on concept, composition and color. Day three will focus on using the plein aire paintings to create a studio painting and on individual critiques.
